- On behalf of the Department for Economic and Structural Development, the MAFINEX e.V. and the MAFINEX Gründerverbund Rhein-Neckar e.V. as well as the Graduate School Rhein-Neckar we invite you to the 14th Mannheim Open Innovation Forum. Come to the MAFINEX technology center (Julius-Hatry-Straße 1) at 17:30 on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Leading in innovation.According to DIHK Innovation Report 2015/16 28% of companies conduct systematic innovation management, 43% have such management integrated approaches in everyday business, 3% plan to implement it in the near future, and for 26% this issue is not yet relevant.• How can it be possible to initiate a lively exchange of new ideas and concepts within a company with decentralized structures already in the early phase of an innovation process?• What organizational and individual elements play a decisive role?• How can leaders exploit existing staff potentials optimally and break entrenched patterns of thinking and working?These and other questions will be answered by the speakers of the 14th Mannheim Open Innovation Forum.
