Dalfilo is currently looking for a business developper. The company is a direct-to-consumer digital brand that sells handcrafted Italian home textiles. Their vision is to enable the finest Italian Artisans to connect directly with global consumers, giving them the possibility to access the traditional Italian Botteghe from everywhere in the world.
Your daily life at Dalfilo:
• You are responsible for supporting the launch & growth of the business within the German Market
• You optimize our website and develop new marketing tactics in order to surpass the customer expectations
• You support the daily operations working next to the founders
• You are obsessed with customer centricity and responsible for customer calls and chats via telephone and online chats
They are looking for:
• You are studying or you just graduated in business administration, marketing or engineering & management
• You are mother tongue in German and fluent in English. Ideally, you speak other European languages
• You gained your first practical working experience in a start-up environment and are fascinated by fast scalable business models
• You are passionate and motivated about moving tasks forward and taking ownership of projects and tackling business-critical topics by yourself
• Good analytical skills and the ability to manage priorities to meet time-sensitive deadlines
