Over 25 million users make Stocard one of the leading mobile wallets in the world and one of the preferred shopping companions from couch to counter. The innovative and easy-to- use app allows millions of users to turn their smartphone into a mobile wallet and brands to connect with customers to drive them to stores. Stocard aims to make daily shopping experience easy, engaging and rewarding all over the world. The app has been listed as one of the best apps of the year by Apple and is one of the few Android Excellence apps selected by the Google team.

Stocard is a true Mannheim startup. The three founders, David Handlos, Björn Goß and Florian Barth – all former students of the University of Mannheim – started with the idea of the mobile wallet in 2011. Since then their app has evolved to Europe’s market leading mobile wallet app. Backed by some of the top investors in Europe, the US and Australia, Stocard is on the quest to become the No. 1 mobile wallet in the world. In their latest round financing Stocard raised $20 million from Macquarie Capital and received follow up financing from Shortcut, Alstin, Silicon Valley based Rocketship, HTGF, and Engelhorn. While Stocard is still based in and strongly connected to Mannheim, the startup has already opened offices in Australia, Italy, the Netherlands and France.

Stocard is looking for smart, talented and creative people, who share their vision, live and breathe mobile technology and want to be an active part of their journey! Check out their opportunities for students, graduates and professionals here: https://www.stocardapp.com/jobs
