In their MAN 633 Inside the Venture project (Fall 2017), Ching Nga Maggie Ngai, Kwai Kwan Tsui and Aisha Rabna have supported the Mannheim based Startup Cokodu, which was developed during our MAN 631 course (Fall 2016).

Cokodu is in the initial development stage and requires a clear path to generate stable revenue in order to sustain further product development.  The project aims to connect and empower people in and around coworking spaces through a coworking space rental platform.

The student team defined a business strategy for the future of Cokodu. Their report presented a modified business model of Cokodu, based on an in-depth analysis of the relevant market and actionable recommendations as well as follow-up actions.
