As part of the MAN 633 Entrepreneurial Spirit Özyurt Seyma, Shabanova Sakina, Tsoupaki Eirini and Zhang Congying teamed up for joining Mein Zaubertrank in spring semester 2019. In order to verify the feasibility of the concept, the team members conducted customer surveys, competitor analysis, and defined the core product value proposition and business model. Through the supplier analysis, the possible long-term partners were established. On this basis, an overall financial plan for running business was set up. A major part of their work was devoted to the customer validation process. Moreover, with the goal to understand product varieties, its attribute and characteristics currently available for the target segment, a competitive analysis was started. As a third step, customer surveys were performed and the survey ́s results were afterwards analysed.
Mein Zaubertrank is addressing the trend for healthy lifestyles and protein powders. The core part of the idea is to offer protein products with customised flavours. Mein Zaubertrank intends to fill this gap in the protein nutrition market.
