Travelers benefit from their unique know-how, cheap direct prices and a secure booking/payment process via Mister Trip´s platform.
The MAN 633 Inside the Venture team helped Mister Trip to define a clear and systematic approach to find and choose new incoming agencies to work with. Additionally, the team consisting of Danilo La Farciola, Abdulrahman Bres, Massimo Zanesco and Kai Bruchmüller also supported the growth of Mister Trip's portfolio by designing a strategy for prioritizing and entering new markets. Eventually, the team crafted a recommendation according to the developed tailored decision support system.
