In their MAN 633 Inside the Venture project (Fall 2017), Anh Tu Duong, Hana Klofacova, Haithem Khalfallah and Yuhan Zhang have supported the Mannheim based Startup SUSI&James.
Susi&James is developing chat bots and language assistants. The bots help companies to automate their processes to increase availability, efficiency and quality of their communication.
The student team project defines the potential customers for the new artificial intelligence product and figures out customers’ needs and problems to be solved. The team conducted an in-depth market analysis to define the challenges coming up for the new product, including extensive user surveys to define the potential customers. The team built a first demo of the product to pitch to the company´s customers.
