Would you like to become fit for founding your business in one year? With this program you can optimize your for-profit or social business model in an interdisciplinary team. Get feedback from experienced coaches and transform your startup idea into a full-fledged startup in a year! Benefit from the one-year education program and the expert network of the Heinz Nixdorf Stiftung and the Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (sdw)!
Students and PhD students of all subjects who have a (social) business idea, are currently enrolled at a state-recognized university (or Fachhochschule) and have not yet received similar funding, can apply to participate from now until 20 October 2019!
What can the participant expect?
- An exciting promotional year in which you acquire entrepreneurial know-how during your studies
- A well-founded, interdisciplinary qualification program that conveys startup skills
- Continuous accompanying coaching and mentoring by experienced entrepreneurs and start-up experts
- Intensive work in a team and close exchange with like-minded people - you become part of the sdw start-up community
- Contacts with the startup scene and the network of the Foundation of German Business
- Participation in the annual sdw founding congress in Berlin (next date: 27th September 2019)
- Lots of fun, personal development and valuable experiences
- 15,000 euros financial support per team from funds of the Heinz Nixdorf Foundation
Who are we?
Challenge Entrepreneurship is a joint founding initiative of the Heinz Nixdorf Stiftung and the Stiftung der Deutschen Wirtschaft (sdw). Since 2005, we have already trained around 700 students and doctoral candidates in entrepreneurship. We are also pleased about the high percentage of female start-up enthusiasts in our project teams.
