InnoAlliance: Germany China Innovation Award

Do you want to conquer the Chinese market, establish your product in China and meet influential partners within the Chinese startup ecosystem?

If yes, then apply now to be selected to participate in a fully funded trip to China!

Apply for InnoAlliance – an innovation challenge for German startups in China. 60 startups will be selected in a preliminary phase by a professional jury. They will get the chance to compete in the Semi-Finals in different destinations in China such as Nanjing, Bejing, Shanxi and Xi'an. The 12 winning teams from Germany will then participate in a final competition and will be awarded with cash prizes, national media coverage and promotion as well as support services from hosts and potential funds & policy support from the local government. Throughout the three different phases, startups will meet promising partners from the local industry in one-on-one matchmakings and can pitch their products to a crowd of investors. Participants will also be rewarded with a trophy given by the bilateral ministers and receive a winning certificate.

The four targeted sectors are: AI & Intelligent Manufacture, BioTech & Big Health, Environment Protection & GreenTech and Smart Traffic & IT.

Phase I: Preliminary

Application processes are separated by field of industry. 15 startups from each field will be invited to China to compete in Semi-Finals. The travelling costs (flight tickets, visa application, accomodation and food) will be covered.
