Forum Finance NRW is holding a workshop adressing the financing options for companies in the growth phase on September 26, 2013. The workshop is taking place at MCEI's partner Osborne Clarke and will also feature a speach by one of Osborne Clarke's financial advocats.

Companies which have reached the first growth-phase will inevitably face major challenges: On the one hand they have to keep their daily business up and running, on the other hand they have to secure financing for the reflationary growth-phase. Administrative and operational tasks often hinder an effective and structures approach to raise capital. Additionaly, companies often lack networking opportunities to international investors. Therefore, this Forum Finance NRW workshop focuses on the  topics of venture capital and later-stage-investment modes, which will enable start-ups to stay successful during their growth-phase.

Thomas Nagel: Advocate at Osborne Clark, Area of expertise within bank and capital market law and financing
