The Hult Prize Foundation is a start-up accelerator for budding young social entrepreneurs emerging from the world’s universities. Once a year, they organize a global competition for student teams to create start-ups aimed at solving an issue faced by billions in need. The challenge for this year is to build sustainable and scalable social enterprises to address the early childhood (age 0-6) education gap in urban slums.

The competition will feature two rounds. All teams that make it through the regional finals will be awarded a one-year membership in the Clinton Global Initiative and an opportunity to spend the summer at the Hult Prize Accelerator. The best team at the global finals will win the Hult Prize, which features US$1,000,000 in start-up funding that will be awarded by Mohammad Yunus and President Clinton.

Do you feel ready for competing with thousands of global students? Then team up and register at https://hultglobalcasechallenge.wufoo.com/forms/2015-hult-prize-application/ (no idea needed yet!) until December 25.

Entrepreneurial thinking is not only something that startup founders must learn - in our times, the ability to think and act entrepreneurially is critical to the long-term success of any organization! That is why the Bangkok University School of Entrepreneurship and Management (BUSEM) and the Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts (USA) offer this 21-day Summer University on Entrepreneurship in Asia: See yourself how other cultures do things differently, get insights into different mentalities in Asia and look behind the touristic curtains, learn firsthand from successful entrepreneurs sharing their thought and action with you, and take a fresh look on literally every aspect of organizations.

This 48-hour summer course provides an intensive academic program to develop entrepreneurial thinking skills, and is a unique programme designed specifically to expose students to cross cultural differences and how they affect many aspects of life in different working environments.

The program will consist of the 3 modules "Cross-cultural Communication", "Creating an Entrepreneurial Mindset" and "Meet Successful Entrepreneurs in Thought and Action". There will also be an intense non-academic program including visits of different regions in Thailand.
