WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Act as the analytical interface between the Marketing and Business Intelligence teams to define, set up and maintain marketing KPIs
- Plan, implement and optimise analytics projects (e.g. with GA, Mixpanel, Power BI, Tag Manager)
- Collaborate closely with the Product team, Business Intelligence, and other functions
- Play an active role in strategic projects beside your daily tasks
- Build up funnel tracking strategies and monitor the marketing KPIs daily (funnel conversions, MQLs, SQLs, CAC, LTV)
YOUR PROFILE
- Background in business analytics or finance
- As an interface between data sources and their stakeholders (data scientists, market research, etc.) you unite quantitative and qualitative insights
- You have worked with CRM tools such as Salesforce and MS Dynamics, and product analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Mixpanel
- You want work with an international team to conquer one of the fastest growing sectors in the entire European market
- Very good command of spoken and written English
- Very skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Proficient in analytical skills
- Highly motivated
- Able to work independently and well organised
- Practical experience in the financial services sector is desired
