Linearity received 5 million seed-funding

Linearity, a Karlsruhe-based startup of Uni Mannheim student Vladimir Danila, just received a 5 Million Euro seed-funding. Venture capital provider involved was i.a. HV Holzbrinck Ventures, that is also a shareholder of Zalando and Flixmobility.

Linearity is building the best next-generation graphic design tool for designers, artists and product managers. Their product Vectornator is a full-blown professional tool for designing logos, flyers and creating stunning artwork trusted by teams at Mesosphere, Facebook, Apple, and more. The graphic program challenges Adobe-Illustrator as an equivalent and free alternative. Linearity currently has about 15 employees. It was founded by Vladimir Danila, who is enrolled at the University of Mannheim and was speaker at the MCEI Founder Talks.
