The spring semester 2022 is almost here! We are very excited to see new faces and meet new people on campus or online!
For this coming semester, we have a lot in store for you. We are offering our two course accelerator formats MAN 453 Thinking Beyond Boxes – Advance your Startup, and MAN 633 Entrepreneurial Spirit. MAN 453 encourages the further development of students' business ideas and startup projects from all faculties of the University of Mannheim. In this course, students will receive coaching by MCEI startup coaches to further advance their projects throughout the semester. MAN 633 is all about making things happen. This course has two tracks: One for students who have no startup project yet and one for students (individual or founding team) who work on their own advanced startup project. The course is your format to foster startup growth, entrepreneurial culture, and to advance the startup ecosystem at and around the University of Mannheim. Experienced MCEI coaches will also work closely with the student consulting teams to make sure that they are on track to maximize their learning experience.
A rather traditional course we are offering is MAN 632 Advanced Entrepreneurship. In this course, you will meet entrepreneurs who will share their insights, lessons learned and advice on how to build and grow a business. You will also explore entrepreneurial challenges in real-life case studies, so you can deepen your insights by discussing and reflecting your learnings with founders coming to class.
There will be also two more courses: MAN 456 Navigating Dreams, Social Links, and Sustainability – Digital Entrepreneurship and Virtual Crown Campaign Management, and MAN 639 Innovation & Entrepreneurship for Sustainability. If you are interested in one or more of these courses, don’t forget to register via Portal2! There are still some free slots left.
We do not only have a lot of exciting courses for you, but also fun extracurricular activities and events! We will have Startup Lounges, Founder Talks and will participate in the Q-Summit. We cannot wait to reveal all the speakers and details! These events have always been a blast, filled with networking and meeting new people who are interested in Entrepreneurship in a relaxing atmosphere. We hope the COVID-19 situation will ease up and that we can make the most out of our extracurricular activities.
Aside from our educational courses and extracurricular activities, we also have workshops planned for you. Last year, our Startup Basic Workshop was a great success. This coming semester we have planned a Legal Workshop and an EXIST-Workshop.
