EDUHacks Mannheim is the first hackathon hosted by Hackerstolz. The event brings students, educators and technologists together to share ideas, form teams, design digital products and rapidly build innovative solutions that tackle today's educational challenges.
The event will take place at the Mafinex on April 18th, 2015 from 9:00 am until late night/early morning.
Participants team up in order to combine technology and innovative ideas to design prototypes of digital products that tackle today's educational challenges. For example build :
- data visualizations to facilitate learning about a certain topic
- tools that give recommendations about what to learn
- tools that track and streamline the learning progress
- analysis about the current state of the education sector based on public data sets
