Homeday is a fast growing company founded 2014 and led by former simfy co-founders and long-time friends Steffen Wicker, Dmitri Uvarovski and Philipp Reichle. Since then, Homeday has been on a mission to revolutionize the way people sell and buy property.
At Homeday they believe that there is a better way, by offering more transparency, efficiency and an overall smoother experience for all parties involved. Through their unique technology, personal customer service and local real estate partners, they aim at making real estate transactions as simple, effortless and fast as possible. In order to accomplish this ambitious goal, Homeday analyze several million of transactions to really understand the market.

At the moment, a team of more than 40 people working in the offices in the hearts of Berlin and Cologne. Together with more than 2,000 local partners, Homeday want to improve the customer experience and property technology market as a whole.
They are thinking big: Their mission is to revolutionize the real estate market across the world.

 

Free property evaluation from Homeday

With Homeday you get an online real estate evaluation, which is available free of charge. After entering basic data, followed by a location analysis, you get a first estimation within a few minutes via mail. This analysis is comprised of an exposé including detailed demographic data as well as current property listings in the surrounding area. With Homeday's services, sellers get an idea of how much their house or apartment is worth and an estimate on how long it takes to find a buyer for their property.

 

Broker recommondation

To find the right broker for each property, Homeday analyzes a wide range of real estate agents across Germany on the basis of various criteria utilizing a proprietary matching algorithm. Within this algorithm, Homeday uses factors such as the individual experience and specialization with regard to the real estate type, regional market knowledge, price levels achieved so far, and the personal service orientation of the broker.
Before we recommend a broker, our customer service is checking each of them individually. This ensures that the owner works with a professional and trustworthy broker with local expertise and a successful track record.
