Mindshift.One was founded by Tatjana Walter in 2016 - after a successful start in the C-Hub Creative Space, the team moved to its own office in Augustaanlage in 2018. Mindshift.One lives the spirit of new work and also passes this mindset on to its customers. The Mannheim-based consulting firm offers high-end consulting to enterprises of all sizes, from SMEs to global corporations, always with a focus on innovation management. The range of services includes open innovation, design thinking and business model innovation. Formats include workshop coaching, project support, custom internal education programs and open seminars as part of its academy which was launched in late 2019.
The founder
Tatjana Walter studied Business at the University of Mannheim from 1989 to 1994. She then continued her education by completing an MBA at the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences and spent more than 20 years at SAP.
