Successful knowledge management can make an organization more effective and more competitive. It is not only important in big cooperations, but also in small ventures and can be implemented with easy means there. Web 2.0 tools are especially fit for this task.
This seminar, which is meant for beginners, will teach you which web 2.0 tools can be used for knowledge transfer in organizations and how they should be implemented.
You will receive a broad introduction to the matter and create an own application scenario in groups.
