Once a year, Mannheim celebrates the courage, creativity and perseverance of its founders - with the Mannheim Start-Up Award MEXI.

The Mannheim Start-up Prize, which is considered the highest endowed regional prize for start-ups in Germany, honors promising and innovative start-ups from the last three years in three categories. The categories are Technology, sponsored by Roche, Services, sponsored by Sparkasse Rhein Neckar Nord and Social Economy, sponsored by Essity. In addition to the support of their long-time sponsors Roche and Sparkasse Rhein Neckar Nord, they are now pleased to have Essity as a new sponsor for the Social Economy category.

Simply apply for MEXI 2024 starting in June 2023 and participation is free of charge.

- Observe the participation requirements
- Fill out the onepager in your category
- Cross your fingers
